<image:caption>I felt the film took too long to get started and ended too quickly. I recut the order of multiple scenes throughout the film. One example of this is, I moved a scene that took place 21 minutes into the film to the beginning and shifted the other scenes to fit the new story model.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The video editing for this project consists of, removing scenes, patching two scenes together, splitting scenes in half, and creating entirely new scenes using unused content. The biggest challenge for the video editing was making sure that the audio editing lined u. I needed to be careful to not patch two scenes together that had conflicting audio styles. I also had to make sure that my edits matched the original narrative of the Dune.</image:caption>

<image:caption>During my editing I happened across some unused and deleted content from the original movie. However much of it remained unfinished making it appear darker from the rest of the film. I color corrected the unfinished content to make it undistinguishable from the rest of the film I also worked on the shadows and the light to make some of the scenes look more visible.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The audio consists of two parts, mixing and splicing. Because I was editing a finished movie soundtrack that contained SFX, Dialogue, and a Soundtrack, I had to get creative when changing the scene order or adding new scenes. To blend two scenes, I used 4 audio tracks, one from each scene set at a base level, the third was a blended mix of the first two tracks, and the fourth was the OST mixed into the background.</image:caption>
